Since 2009 Steve has served as the Lead Pastor of Tsawwassen Alliance Church in Delta, BC. He and Melissa have been married for 12 years and have 4 children, Noah, Eva, Jeremy and Matthew. He graduated from Briercrest College and is currently attending Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. In 2011 he wrote The Hero: How the Story of God Shapes our Life Together.
Wes is now the senior pastor at Dunbar Heights Baptist Church in Vancouver, BC. He is in his final months of MDiv studies in the new Immerse program developed by Fellowship Pacific and Northwest Baptist seminary where he will earn his degree while working full time at the church.
Before accepting a call to pastoral ministry he was pursuing a career in firefighting. He has been married now for 11 years to Sarah and have two daughters Isabella (10) and Analeigh (9). He is passionate about seeing Vancouver - the "city of glass" structurally as well as foundationally - engaged with, and renewed by, the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Barton has been the Senior Pastor of Central Baptist Church in Victoria. He is married to Heather and has four children. Barton enjoys skiing, hockey, running, reading, movies, date nights, and wrestling with his kids.
"Jonny Mo" grew up in North Vancouver, BC and is Canadian to the core. Jon loves Jesus and loves to tell people about Jesus.
He is driven by a call to equip the church for evangelism and leadership. Currently working with Apologetics Canada, Jon speaks at retreats, camps and conferences all over North America as he heralds the truth of the Christian worldview to people of all ages and backgrounds. Jon has authored two books geared at equipping Christian students for missional living in a post-Christian world.
Jon studied theology at Ambrose University College and has completed graduate programs at the Resurgence Training Center (Re:Train) and at Oxford University. He is currently working on a masters degree at Biola University. His strongest influences are CS Lewis, Tim Keller, Charles Spurgeon, Mark Driscoll, Os Guinness and John Lennox.
Aside from that, Jon loves also loves coffee, reading, hockey, the Reformation, and his iPhone.
Chris loves Jesus and is doing whatever he can to make the local church healthy, effective and fruitful. A third generation of Throness pastors, today Chris brings leadership to Ethos, the young adults service at Coquitlam Alliance Church. Ethos is a growing ministry committed to reaching the challenging 18-30 demographic.
After meeting his beautiful bride in Israel in 2009, Chris married Krista in July of 2010. They live in Coquitlam, BC and enjoy spending time together working on their house, cooking dinner for friends and watching TV together.
Chris earned his undergrad from Ambrose University College and completed the Re:Train Missional Leadership program in 2011.
Garth serves as President of WORDfirst Ministries of Canada. He has been a pastor for more than 30 years and still believes the local church is the hope of the world! Married to Patty, they have three great kids, one beautiful daughter-in-law, one amazing grandchild, and one yappy Toy Poodle
Paul Johnson is in his seventh year as Lead Pastor of South Delta Baptist Church in Delta, B.C. He, and his wife Wendi, have six children. Paul served for twelve years as Teaching Pastor at Christ Community Church in Tucson, Arizona before accepting the call to his current position. Prior to entering full-time ministry, Paul worked as a radio and television broadcaster, including a stint as the Executive Producer of the Arizona Cardinals Football Network. He is currently a DMin. Candidate at Phoenix Seminary.
D. Kroeker has served as a pastor in BC and Alberta for over 30 years specializing in leadership development and missions. He travels extensively equipping and training indigenous pastors in places seminary education is unavailable.
Darrell is the Director of International Workshops for the Charles Simeon Trust.
Jim is a father of two and a husband of one who is currently Lead Pastor at Crossroads Church in Medicine Hat Alberta. He is also a Doctor of Ministry student at Western Seminary. His ministry and research interests include biblical theology and creative genre-sensitive approaches to preaching scripture.
Jim loves quality coffee- especially when made on his own commercial espresso machine with his home roasted coffee. His other interests include cycling, rugby, martial arts (including MMA) and 50-60′s jazz.
Married to Steve, mother of three great kids, serving along side her husband in a church in northern Alberta. Teresa is driven by a passion to see men and women serving in the church, using their gifts to the fullest to bring glory to Jesus and to be filled with joy!

Matt was called into youth ministry during a youth camp in 1998 and continues to walk in that call today. He serves as the Sr. High Youth Pastor at Coquitlam Alliance Church in Coquitlam, BC. Matt is passionate about introducing students to Jesus. He believes Jesus is the greatest person they will ever meet and has committed his life to making this connection happen.
Matt had the privilege of being raised in various parts of North America, the Philippines, Malta, and studied at Boston Baptist College.
Matt enjoys film, music, and music in film. He is married to Kat who makes him laugh, and is the father of little Penny who laughs at him.

Chris Price serves as the lead pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Coquitlam, BC. Chris completed his ungrad at Columbia Bible College and is currently in graduate studies at ACTS Seminaries. He is married to, Diandra, and they have a son, Kaeden.
Chris never shies away from answering the tough questions that arise from the Christian worldview. He is dedicated to helping people think through their faith, defend it and share it with their friends, family and neighbours. In 2010 Chris co-wrote an apologetic resource for teenagers book, Questions.
Greg and his wife Alaina currently reside in Guelph, Ontario as Greg serves as the Director of Children's Ministries at Harvest Bible Chapel in Oakville, Ontario. He has a deep passion for reaching children and families with the gospel across our nation.
Greg loves to read, write and do anything sports. He and his wife Alaina have two children, Owen and Adalyn.
Bill Hogg is the National Missiologist of the C2C church planting Network. His role is to help leaders and established churches think and act like missionaries. He is available to inspire, equip and coach leaders and churches following Jesus into the Canadian mission fields. He is a former radio host and has served as a a pastor, professor, evangelist and a movie extra! He was involved in pioneer evangelism in his native Scotland where he launched Youth For Christ. He has served as part of the Arrow Leadership Ministries faculty for the past ten years, offering congregational and Para-local church leaders training in evangelism. He is currently pursuing doctoral research in the area of leadership approaches to congregational renewal and missional renaissance. Hogg is a published author who has written books on prayer and on youth culture and is currently writing an evangelism primer for leaders. He is married to the girl of his dreams, Morag and has two amazing adult kids- Naomi and Peter. Bill enjoys English Premier League Football (“Soccer” to North American Philistines) and he admits to being a fan of Master Chef and Kitchen Nightmares. Bill enjoys grocery shopping and browsing in bookstores while savouring gourmet coffee.

Tyler has been working in youth ministry for close to a decade. Tyler is passionate about walking with students and leaders and watching the gospel shape and change their lives. Tyler graduated from Briercrest Bible College in 2005.
Tyler and Rae were married in 2009 and are eagerly expecting their first child in the fall of 2014. Tyler and Rae are passionate Toronto Blue Jays supporters and love to travel to watch them play (and sometimes even WIN)!
Rhona serves as the National Director of Women’s Ministries with the C&MA in Canada. She is married to Jim, who is the Lead Pastor at Crossroads Church in Medicine Hat. She is the mom of two great kids and soon to be a grandma.
Rhona is passionate about discipleship, equipping younger leaders for ministry and seeing women grow in knowledge of scripture. She can often be found in ice rinks as she follows her son around, or rather, chauffeurs him from one speed skating meet to another. She loves good coffee, fine chocolate and great times with family and friends.
Matt Glezos is the Director or Family Ministries at Westside Church in Vancouver, BC.
Phil and his wife Brandy live in Maple Ridge, BC with their two daughters, Mackenzie and Noelle. Phil grew up outside of Toronto and he serves as the Youth and Young Adult Pastor at Maple Ridge Alliance Church. His desire is for people (especially students), to understand and be changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. Phil graduated from Briercrest College in 2009.
Phil enjoys hiking, reading, board games, and almost anything related to hockey.
Addison has been the pastor of young adults and community engagement at West Coast Christian Fellowship (WCCF) since the summer of 2014. He is passionate about equipping the church to share its faith and to be a blessing in its communities.
Born and raised in the Yukon, Addison moved to BC and had a life-changing encounter with God during his second year at the University of Victoria. After graduating with a BA in Psychology, he committed 4 years to leading the Sunago campus ministry, a part of University Christian Ministries, at the University of Victoria and at Camosun College. He has also been studying for 4 years part-time toward his MA in Biblical and Theological Studies at Knox Theological Seminary.
Addison is married to Bethi and is the father of Isaiah, Joy, and Mabel. He enjoys hiking mountains and hanging out at beaches, a good thought-provoking book, an in-depth bible study, thinking about culture, talking philosophy and living a life that makes a difference. He has a passion for proclaiming God’s truth through poetry and preaching and is known to break-dance at weddings.
